Warranty
24 months from the date of supply against manufacturing defects of the fan only. This warranty does not cover any defects or malfunctions resulting from misuse, incorrect electrical connections, failure to perform mandatory maintenance, lack of required belt maintenance, or any improper installation carried out outside the company.
Exchange and Refund
Exchange or refund is available within 14 days, subject to conditions such as presenting the invoice and ensuring the product is in its original condition.
Works Not Included in the Price Offer
All works, tools, electrical connections, on-site delivery and commissioning, including control switches, protection devices, and the connection to the fan motor.
